Sex lines are the V-shaped cuts in your abdomen section. A lot of people are attracted to people with sculpted obliques, or sex lines. Both guys and girls love seeing sex lines on their partner. Sex lines are pretty easy to if you know the right exercises to build those muscles. I have gathered some sex line exercises to teach you how to get sex lines. They may be easier to acquire than you thought.
You will be focusing on your core when getting sex lines. If you want to learn how to get sex lines fast you need to get the eBook the Six Pack Shortcuts. One exercise that will help you get sex lines is the dumbbell single-arm row. This is one of my favorite exercises to do while working out at the gym. Basically, all you have to do is grab one dumbbell, whatever weight you can handle, and find a bench. Put the opposite hand and knee up on the bench parallel to the floor and keep the arm with the dumbbell hanging straight, right in front of your shoulder. Now, pull the weight up towards your hip, keeping your elbow close to your body and your back straight. Slowly lower the weight back to the hanging position.
The next exercise to get sex lines is the push press. What you are going to do here is grab a barbell, making sure it isn’t too heavy, and stand with the barbell parallel to your shoulders. Keep your hands a little bit further than shoulder width apart. Now, just bend your knees a little bit and then explode upwards lifting the barbell above your head. Then bring the weights back down. Repeat this.
Another sex line exercise is the double corkscrew to single-arm Cuban press. This is a pretty confusing exercise, but once you master it you will see just how effective it is. So, grab a dumbbell and stand with it in your right hand. Now squat, but rotate your top half to the left, and then move your right hand behind your left leg. When you come back up, untwist yourself and bend your right arm 90 degrees lifting the weight. Keep lifting the weight until your arm is perfectly straight out in front of you. Then move the weight all the way above your head. Now finish by going back to the starting position.
The last exercise I will go over for learning how to get sex lines is the cable single-arm pull-down. This will have to done at the gym unless you have a lat pull-down machine in your home. Grab yourself a stirrup and attach it to a lat pull-down machine. Now use your right hand, making sure you palm faces left, take a seat and pull the handle down to your chest. It is important that you keep your back straight when doing this exercise. Now, just allow the weight to go back to the starting position.
