</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;">I have been taking a break from Develop Your Life to complete my weight loss book. I am releasing this book to the public sometime within July. At the moment I’m getting it proofread and edited, which takes about a week. Then I need to clean up all of the errors. After that I need to get it all set up on Clickbank, so that customers are able to purchase my book. I have no idea how long this process is going to take because this is the first product I’ve ever published. I don’t want people to be disappointed in my book either, which is why I’m taking my time with it.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;">I have spent about a year and a half doing research and testing this program, but just recently started putting all the information together and writing it into a book. My weight loss program combines exercises that increase metabolism with foods that increase metabolism, so that you can burn calories while sitting still. Some people are just way too busy to exercise, so I made the workouts in my book as short as I possibly could, while still helping you burn fat. The foods that I allow people to eat don’t make it seem like a diet, which I believe helps people easily continue my plan without quitting just weeks after starting.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;">Instead of implementing dangerous methods that cause you to lose weight extremely quickly, my program will allow you to lose weight at a safe, healthier pace. With my program, there is no “secret” food or pills, just a great plan that anyone can follow.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;">I don’t want to get into too much at the moment, but I will be writing a more detailed summary about my program later this week and posting it on here, so interested people will be able to read more about it.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;">Speaking of interested people; if anyone is interested in my weight loss program you can contact me with the <a href="http://developyourlife.net/contact/"><strong>Contact</strong></a> page or at <strong><a href="mailto:developyourlife.net@gmail.com">developyourlife.net@gmail.com</a></strong>. Just let me know that you are interested and I will create a list of the emails that contacted me and give those people a 25% discount on the program when it launches. As of right now there is no set price, but it definitely isn’t going to be as expensive as a lot of those weight loss programs on the market now. Even if the thought popped into your head for a split second, be sure to contact me, because if you do decide to purchase it in the future, and you aren’t on the list, you won’t be able to get that 25% discount.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;">Also, I will continue adding content to Develop Your Life sometime this week, so look out for some new articles coming soon! Don’t think I forgot about you!</span></span></span></div>

<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><img class="alignright size-full wp-image-1864" title="Free Time" src="http://developyourlife.net/wp-content/uploads/2011/06/Free-Time.jpg" alt="" width="216" height="280" />What could you do with tons more free time in your day? Think about it, you could cross everything off of your to-do list instead of watching it grow larger and larger. You could work on your small business, or start one. You could enjoy your hobby. You literally could do whatever you want if you just follow a couple of steps to free up some free time.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>First thing you are going to want to do is get rid of anything that wastes your time.</strong> For most people this is television. The average American spends 5 hours a day watching TV, which is a lot of time wasted. It adds up to about 6 full days a month. Think about what you could do with all that wasted time. Even if you cut down to an hour of TV a day you are saving tons of time.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>You can cut back on possessions to save more time. </strong>If you have a big house with lots of things, it takes time to clean them all. It takes my mom about 3 hours to vacuum and dust my house. If we had less things she could clean the house in less time and save a bunch.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>Instead of making several trip to do errands, try to get them done all in one. </strong> First of all, you are wasting tons of money on gas by spending it all on a bunch of different trips, so this tip saves you both time and money.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>Keep track of what you do in a journal. </strong>This is a really good way to find out how you use your time. Now just eliminate everything that you think wastes time. This is probably my favorite tip and I personally do this. That way I know how to better spend my time the next day.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>Try as hard as you can not to go on the internet.</strong> Just checking your email can waste tons of time. I refrain to checking my email only once per day. That way I can answer all my emails at one time instead of checking every twenty minutes and getting distracted. Facebook is also something that wastes tons of people’s time. It can be hard to give up, but if you stop mindlessly surfing the internet you never know how much free time you will have on your hands.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>Do all of your chores at night instead of on the weekend. Instead of watching TV at night, get some work done.</strong> If you spend a half hour everyday doing all your household chores you can save hours for relaxing and having fun on the weekend. Weekends should be relaxing and you should not be busting your butt off.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;">Just by doing these simple things you can save hours of your time that you can put into something else that you really want to do. Do you really need to watch 5 TV shows a day? Probably not. Time is valuable and life is short, don’t waste it. </span></span></span></div>

<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;">Money is tight, especially in this economy. People are getting more than one job to provide for their families. In a world where money is something that you need, saving it is a great idea. The easiest way to save money is to cut back on the amount that you are spending. I guarantee that if you follow these tips you will be saving hundreds of dollars a month allowing you to become richer without having to do anything.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><img class="size-full wp-image-1858 alignright" title="Saving Money" src="http://developyourlife.net/wp-content/uploads/2011/05/Saving-Money.jpg" alt="" width="240" height="160" /><br />
</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>The number one thing that causes people to lose money each month is unused subscriptions.</strong> You are going to want to cancel these to save money. Even if the subscriptions are only $10 a month, cancel them. You never how much canceling your unused subscriptions can save you per month. $10 might not seem like a lot, but if you have 3 or 4 unused subscriptions, you will be saving $30-$40 a month. Seems like free money to me.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>Stop buying things as soon as they come out. </strong>Haven’t you ever noticed that in a few months a DVD will drop a few dollars in price? How many times are you really going to watch that movie in the next month or so? Buy books as paperbacks instead of hardcover. Buy cars that are used instead of blowing thousands on something brand new. Textbooks for college? You can save literally over $100 by buying used.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>Buying clothes that are on sale can save you a huge amount of money, trust me.</strong> As a broke college student I didn’t really have much wiggle room with money. I waited for stores to throw clothes on sale and then I would buy them. You wouldn’t believe the amount of money I saved. A $20 dollar shirt at just 30 percent off is only $14. Saving $6 on one shirt is great! Now multiply that by, say, 5 shirts. You just saved $30 on one shopping trip.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>Eating out less is a huge money saver.</strong> I eat out at least once a week with friends and by eating out only once a month, I could save at least $50. If you go out to eat every day for lunch at work, you could save tons by just brining your lunch. Plus, bringing your lunch is healthier, and you will also save time on your lunch break. Some people eat out at night because they think they can’t cook. Well, person that thinks they can’t cook, grab a cookbook and learn some recipes. You will be amazed at how much you can save by eating out less.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>A little addition to the eating out less is to make your own coffee. </strong>Coffee shops such as Starbucks can be pretty expensive and you can save as much as $20 a month just by making your own coffee at home. My mother and father make their own coffee and I think it tastes better than Starbucks anyway. Try to skip coffee as much as you can if you aren’t making your own.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>Making a grocery list will save you a bunch of money. </strong>This might seem weird, but it is completely true. You have no idea how much a person is tempted to buy extra things while shopping. If you don’t have a set list you will be even more tempted. By having a list of things to buy you will be able to stick to what you need rather than buying things you don’t need. Grocery lists only take a couple of minutes to make up so you won’t be wasting time if that’s what you are worried about.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>When grocery shopping try to buy in bulk when you can. </strong>This is one of the easiest and best ways to save money. You can get cereals, canned foods, toilet paper, shampoos, and pasta this way. Buying these types of foods in bulk can save you tons and they will last you a month or more. My family buys cereals and canned food in bulk and even with 7 kids the food lasts a month.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>Don’t buy brand name goods. </strong>I learned in economics that brand name goods are the exact same as generic goods, yet they cost dollars more. Does it really matter to you if you are drinking Dr. Pepper, or the store brand? It doesn’t to me if I’m saving some money. If you care more about money than you do about brand names, then you can save a bunch of money.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>Carpooling is a really good way to save money now. </strong>Gas is just over $4 a gallon right now and it’s eating into everybody’s wallets. Imagine not having to pay for gas as much. Find people that you work with that live in your area and set up a carpooling route with them. Right now carpooling can probably save you $100 depending on how much gas you use to get to work and back.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;">Just following a few of these tips can save you over $100 a month. It’s basically free money. Now you can put all that saved money towards something that you really want, such as retirement, or your kid’s college fund. Get someone who you think needs to save money to read this article and help them with their money issues!</span></span></span></div>

If you believe it ends when you graduate, you are sadly mistaken. Drama will follow you all over the place, even when you are older.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;">Drama is extremely unhealthy. It increases stress levels, ruins friendships, and completely wastes our time, which is something we don’t have a lot of. It is time to learn how to avoid drama and make your life easier.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>When avoiding drama in your life you need to make no more assumptions.</strong> This is usually the source of the drama and if you can eliminate the source, you can eliminate the drama before it starts. If someone does something that you don’t like, don’t go making things up about why they did it and start telling people. Now you have just wasted yours and someone else’s time and caused some drama. Not good. Try to catch yourself doing this and stop it. You will begin to notice a more drama free life.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>Now, don’t believe everything you hear either. </strong>I think that this is probably the biggest reason for drama. People could be making something up or it could get passed along wrongly. By that I mean the story could be getting a little bit messed up as it is passed on from person to person. Some people may remember it wrong, or add something into it, or they might just be completely wrong. Don’t pass a long anything that you don’t know is completely true. You are just adding to the fire if you do that.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>Talk directly to the person you have a problem with. </strong>The reason why drama happens more in high school than it does in the adult world is because people aren’t direct. If you have a problem with someone or someone has a problem with you, find them and try to resolve the issue. This will help cut down the drama. It won’t completely get rid of the drama, but it will definitely help.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>Don’t retaliate.</strong> It can be hard not to when someone is off spewing rumors about you that aren’t true, but you need to be the bigger person and let things go if you are going to avoid drama. It might make you feel a little bit better if you went off on a rumor rampage, but it will just make everything worse in the long run. Be sure you just let this stuff go and you will live a drama free life.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>The best way to avoid drama is to avoid the people who gossip the most. </strong>Some people basically love to spread around rumors and create drama for people. These are the people that you want to stop interacting with because they will be the ones sucking you into a drama filled life. Avoiding them can be pretty easy if you aren’t really close to them, but if you close to them it can be kind of hard. If you are close to someone that likes to spread drama and you don’t want to eliminate them from your life just tell them that you don’t really care about what other people are saying or doing. Tell them that you want nothing to do with drama.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;">By following these tips I can assure you that you will be living a more drama free life than you are now. Forget the stress and lost relationships in high school, you don’t have to worry about these any longer.</span></span></span></div>

<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;">Arguments can lead to some pretty destructive things being said, even though the original purpose was just to get a point across. Arguments do not have to be two people at each other’s throats. Communication does not have to be so brutal, which is why I have written up an article about how to win an argument every time.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><img class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-1849" title="Business People Arguing" src="http://developyourlife.net/wp-content/uploads/2011/05/Business-People-Arguing.jpg" alt="" width="400" height="266" /><br />
</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>Always base your argument on facts. </strong>Facts don’t lie and that’s a fact. When you base your argument purely off of your opinion it is hard to win. The best arguers, I would say lawyers, do this all the time. They gather up as much evidence as they possibly can before they present their case. This ensures that they have the highest odds possible of winning the case. Just be sure you have enough facts that back up your point of view and you should be fine in an argument.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>Challenge the other person’s sources.</strong> If you don’t think that the other person is backing up their argument with facts call them out on it. Most of the time people will put their personal feelings out during an argument and it is your job to find this. If you know they are make sure you challenge their source. Most of the time they will stumble for something to say.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>Don’t let your emotions get in the way of your argument.</strong> Too many times people do this and start to call people names or raise their voices. People tend to do this for defense. They know they are starting to lose an argument, so they try to get under your skin in hopes that you will get emotional and slip up. When trying to win an argument, never, ever let your emotions get the best of you. It’s almost a sure-fire way to lose.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>Always make sure that you give your full undivided attention to the other person.</strong> Make sure you listen to and process everything they say. Many times people are just thinking about what they are going to say next instead of listening to their opponent. This can lead to misleading information causing you to lose the argument. You will also be able to study your opponent’s strengths and weaknesses easier.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>Try to drive the argument in your direction by manipulating it. </strong>You do this by making somebody think that what you want was their idea the entire time. Of course, this will make them think they won, while in reality they did what you wanted. So, as long as you don’t about bragging rights and just want to get the job done, this is for you.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;">Follow these tips when in an argument with someone and you will be able to pull off a win every single time. Remember to mostly keep your cool as when people lose their temper during an argument it will eventually lead them to a loss. Also, when two angry people are arguing, it’s mostly a waste of time because neither is listening to the other.</span></span></span></div>

<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;">Most people use passive hearing, which is when you are hearing the person, but you aren’t really taking in any of the information they are saying. I know I did this with a lot of people that I talked to. This mostly happened to me when I would go to class. I would miss important details and not be able to recall the last thing my professor said.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><img class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-1832" title="Listening" src="http://developyourlife.net/wp-content/uploads/2011/05/Listening.jpg" alt="" width="400" height="266" /><br />
</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;">I did tons of research to learn how to improve my active listening skills. Active listening is when you listen effectively and take in what the person you are talking to has to say. Developing the ability to listen is important because you will begin to take in more information, learn details about people, and start to understand more. People often feel disrespected if you don’t listen to them, so it is a good idea to learn how to improve active listening skills.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>The first thing you need to do when improving listening skills is to be prepared to listen.</strong> If you go into the conversation knowing you are going to be passively listening, you are already going to fail. You need to prepare to listen to the person you are going to talk to. Give them a chance at least.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>The second thing you are going to do is to get focused physically.</strong> Remove all distractions and sit still. Try not to do other things while listening to someone. The hardest thing for me was looking at my phone too often or doing some stupid tricks with my pen. I started not bringing my phone to class, and would keep my pens in my pocket. This way I was becoming more and more physically focused to listen.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>The third thing you need to do is to become mentally focused.</strong> Becoming mentally focused is a lot harder than becoming physically focused. I know how easy it is to make it look like you are listening, but you need to have complete and full attention on what you are trying to listen to. Try not to let your mind wander or daydream. If you are in a crowded area try to block out the background noise. Try to keep your focus mostly on the message they are trying to get across. You never know when paying attention to something extremely boring will pay off.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span></span></span></p>

</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>The only time you should respond to them is when you are completely sure they are done talking and you are done listening.</strong> Pause for a few seconds to gather your thoughts and then speak. Make sure you show that you have been paying attention to them by summarizing what they had said. You can also ask questions and offer some feedback at this time.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;">Listening is easy once you have gotten some practice at it. That’s right; it does take practice. Keep working at it and you will begin to see the benefits of learning how to improve active listening skills.</span></span></span></div>

<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;">What are the keys to success? That seems to be a question that almost everyone asks. Very many people do not see themselves as successful. First, you need to become successful on the inside; think how a successful person would think. These thought will translate into a successful outside. Take a look at some of these keys to success.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><img class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-1768" title="Success" src="http://developyourlife.net/wp-content/uploads/2011/05/Success.jpg" alt="" width="400" height="269" /><br />
</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>You need to first have a vision.</strong> You need to see yourself completing your goals and becoming successful. Visualizing this in your mind will bring you the motivation, desire, and commitment that you need to succeed. After this, you can make your vision a reality.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>A successful person is willing to be a bit risky.</strong> You don’t get anywhere in life by being dull. Most successful people got to where they are today because they did something very few people would do. You need to start taking risks; do the impossible. Get out of your comfort zone and start lifting your limits. Do more work than you did yesterday, expect more from yourself, and think big.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>If you want to be the successful person you dream of then you need to fail more.</strong> Yup, weird, huh? If you fall, get right back up. Failure is one of the biggest keys to success. You learn from your mistakes. If you failed today, you know not to do that particular thing tomorrow. After many, many failure you will find the success you are looking for.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>You need the desire to become successful.</strong> You need to be willing to do whatever it takes. A successful person may be smart or strong, but the main reason they are successful is because they had a desire to complete their goals. You need to have this same desire and you need to work at it. If you don’t have and desire or willpower to complete your goal, you have no motivation to become successful.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span></span></span></p>

</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>You need to treat people how you would want to be treated.</strong> This is especially important in small business. Making your customer feel good will make them want to come back for more. Big businesses don’t have the valuable opportunity to go one-on-one like you do because they have so many customers. Making them feel good may also give them the motivation to talk good about you leading to more success.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;">Following each and every one of these steps will make you a more successful person. If you want to, check out <strong><a href="http://45318yqdnbguatd6h21hhl4z2l.hop.clickbank.net/">The Super Mind Evolution System</a></strong>. <p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>Try to be nicer to the people you work with.</strong> It is incredibly easy to say “Good morning, how are you?” to someone and you never know how far one phrase can take you. You might find out that you have a lot in common with that person, which may make you friends after a while. Working with a friend is pretty awesome and a great way to have a good time at work. Even if you don’t become friends with them, it still feels good to be friendly to someone.</span></span></span></p>

<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>Make someone else’s day better.</strong> Doing so will make you feel even better and is a good way to make work more fun. Focus on what you are doing and think about how it is helping the people you work for. Getting your paperwork done on time will make your boss happy, or making that burger will make your customers happy. Either way making someone else feel better will make you feel good.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>When you get to work do the hardest task of the day right away.</strong> Start your work day off with a challenge. If you get the big project out of the way as soon as possible it will lead you to being more productive later on in the day. Finishing the hardest thing will make you feel good knowing that you can breeze more easily through the rest of the day. Plus, it takes a ton of weight off of your shoulders earlier on.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>Make your workspace a little bit more personal.</strong> Boring desks make for a boring time at work. Throw a couple of pictures of your family up, or draw yourself a dinosaur to frame and put up on your desk. Also, get rid of clutter because it can lead to stress. A cluttered desk means a cluttered mind, but an empty desk does not mean an empty mind. It means less stress and a more enjoyable work time. Clear off that desk and personalize it. You will be amazed at how much more you are going to want to work once you do it.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>Try to make it outside at least once every work day.</strong> Breathing in fresh air and just getting up out of your seat can make work a tiny bit more enjoyable. Try to do this during your lunch break because that will be the time when you have the best opportunity. Just get up and eat your lunch outside, or even walk around outside. Getting a small bit of exercise every day during work will make you happier and give you the energy to keep going through the rest of the day.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>Never skip meals while at work, and don’t eat them at your desk either.</strong> Work can put you into some pretty poor eating habits and if you don’t do something about them you will find it hard to focus and be motivated on accomplishing tasks. Hunger sucks, and being full will make you better at your job. If you get a break for lunch, take it. Try to make lunch healthy. Pack some fresh fruit and vegetables, and pack something with fiber in it so that you will be full for most of the day. Water, too! Don’t forget about water.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>Play pranks on your co-workers, such as putting various office supplies in Jell-O.</strong> Just kidding, don’t do that.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;">Applying these tips the next time you are at work will make work a tad bit more enjoyable. Maybe your job won’t suck as bad now. These tips should also motivate you to do better at your job, which could possibly give you a promotion and make work even better!</span></span></span></div>

<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><img class="alignright size-full wp-image-1756" title="One Hour for Success" src="http://developyourlife.net/wp-content/uploads/2011/05/One-Hour-for-Success.jpg" alt="" width="240" height="320" />Every day has 24 hours in it. This might seem like a lot, but if you really think about it, it isn’t many. We spend a third of our day cuddled in our beds fast asleep. We spend another third of our day at work, and the rest of our day seems to fly by unnoticed. How can we find success in one hour? The answer is simple; the hour first thing in the morning.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;">Haven’t you ever noticed how crucial the first hour of the day is? If you have a bad day the source usually starts here. You may feel rushed and stressed because you have to get yourself and your kids ready to go about your days on time. You carry all of this stress to work, where you will notice that you get even more stressed. It usually just turns out to be one big mess. If you feel rushed in the morning or will feel that you barely have time to get out the door, go to sleep a little bit earlier you will be able to wake up in the morning earlier too, leaving yourself plenty of time to get ready and feel unrushed.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;">If you start this first hour great, it will carry on for the rest of the day. You will feel more and more motivated by what you are doing and it will be easy to keep it up, as opposed to being stressed out and having a hard time keeping up. If you get the first hour of your day right, you will see success during that day.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;">Waking up in the morning is hard for a lot of people, which was why I wrote the articles <strong><a href="http://developyourlife.net/waking-up-early-and-why-you-should/">Waking Up Early and Why You Should</a></strong>. That article gives you tips on how to wake up early in the morning with enough energy to go about your entire day. The first thing in the morning is something you need to get right to be successful that day.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;">There are a couple of things you can do in the morning to help you become successful that day. One I would highly recommend doing more than the others is eating breakfast. You know how they say breakfast is the most important meal of the day? Well, I am a firm believer of that. You want to get some protein and wholegrains with this breakfast too. This should leave you feeling full until lunch, therefore keeping you focused on what is to come.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;">Meditation is something else that you can do to bring success to your day. Just sitting in peace and quiet for a few minutes every morning will allow you to gather your thoughts and figure out what you are going to accomplish that day. Meditating also relieves stress, so you won’t be at people’s throats as often.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;">Another great thing to add to your morning routine is working out. Doing it for just fifteen minutes every day after you wake up will give you tons of energy to help you throughout the day. If you keep it up every day you will begin to see your energy levels increase. No longer will you need the help of caffeinated coffee. Exercising is also something else that will help you relieve morning stress.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;">The first hour of the day is the perfect time to complete some goals. Write a page of that book you’ve been trying to get done, read a chapter, write for your blog. Accomplishing small goals is much easier after you have woken up. The reason for this is because you are more likely to blow something off after you have gotten home from work because you have worked all day. People usually come home, relax, watch TV and forget about doing things that they want to do.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;">I have experienced this first hand and I am actually doing it right about now. I woke up about 15 minutes ago and it is 8:03 right now. I haven’t even gotten out of bed yet and I am completing this before I move on to the rest of my day. Even if I don’t get a chance to write again today, I will know that I have accomplished something for this site today. Sounds pretty good to me.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;">Remember, this is the hour that counts. Make it a good one and your entire day will be great. Follow these tips and you will surely make it a good one.</span></span></span></div>

<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;">All relationships aren’t perfect and even though you may be deeply in love with your partner, there is always the slightest chance that they may be cheating on you. If you believe that this might be the case, be sure to learn the signs someone is cheating. I’ve gathered up a couple for you, not in any specific order, and remember, just because your partner falls victim to one sign does not mean they are cheating. Be careful before you accuse your partner of cheating because it may hurt the relationship. For more information check out <strong><a href="http://38b155o-m5huip3asfux-cugav.hop.clickbank.net/">The Manuel To Catch a Cheating Spouse</a></strong> product.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><img class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-1751" title="Nervous Girl" src="http://developyourlife.net/wp-content/uploads/2011/05/267437bmh5rqig8.jpg" alt="" width="400" height="267" /><br />
</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>If your partner seems to be more attentive to you than usual, he or she may be cheating on you.</strong> Sometimes they will even start to buy you gifts. This is because they start to feel guilty about cheating on you. It will mostly happen around the time the affair starts and over time the amount of attention they give you will decrease. So, if you notice this starting to happen, you need to pay attention because after a while it will go away.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>If you notice that your partner tries to pick fights with you a lot more they may be cheating on you, or if while you guys are fighting they say something about the relationship ending. </strong>They try to pick fights as an opportunity to leave and “find” someone else. Also they might often imply that the relationship might end because they know they have a plan b to fall back on in case the current relationship does end. Keep on your toes if you notice this happening.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>Your partner may start to get moody with you or slowly stop interacting with you. </strong>These are both signs that someone is cheating on you. Your partner may act really depressed and quiet when hanging around you, but they may seem happy and excited when leaving you. If you notice this sort of behavior, start to keep an eye on your partner.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>You may notice that your partner will start to criticize you, mostly things that they used to find attractive about you.</strong> Your partner will usually start this process by not complimenting you anymore and then start moving onto the more offensive remarks. They may also start to become more and more offended by comments that you make if you say anything about it.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>If you notice that your partner starts closing doors in the house when you are around you may start to suspect cheating.</strong> Take the bathroom for example. Usually partners in long-term relationships will keep the door open when going to the bathroom when the other is nearby. A cheating partner will close the door to try to separate you two physically. This will also separate you psychologically.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>If you try to do something nice for your partner they may try to deny it.</strong> This is because they feel guilty about cheating on you. According to them, they are cheating because you make their life miserable and you being nice to them is making them feel even more guilty about everything.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />
</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>Other Signs You May Have A Cheating Partner:</strong></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong><br />
</strong></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>You may have a problem with a cheating partner if they rarely, or stop saying “I love you”.</strong></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong><br />
</strong></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>Your partner will not take any interest in the future of your relationship.</strong></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong><br />
</strong></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>You and your partner have less and less sex, and it is less intense when you do.</strong></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong><br />
</strong></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>Your partner wants to hang out with their friends more than they want to hang out with you.</strong></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong><br />
</strong></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>Your partner starts to pay less attention to your family.</strong></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong><br />
</strong></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>The sleeping pattern of your partner has changed.</strong></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong><br />
</strong></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;">You have to take into consideration that just because your partner shows one of these signs does not mean they are cheating. It’s when they start to show many of these signs is when you should be worried. If you suspect your partner to be cheating take some time to read <strong><a href="http://38b155o-m5huip3asfux-cugav.hop.clickbank.net/">The Manuel to Catch a Cheating Spouse</a></strong>.</span></span></span></div>
