Metabolic Cooking is an eBook by Dave Ruel and Karin Losier that is supposed to help people lose weight and boost metabolism with their nutrition and cooking strategy. It shows you how to cook up very tasty meals that will help people burn fat and give them a proper nutrition. So, does Metabolic Cooking really give you the luxury of tasty meals and weight loss? First I will go over the authors and tell you a little bit about them. As I said before there are two authors, Dave Ruel and Karin Losier, and each of them comes from different nutritional fields giving Metabolic Cooking a variety of ideas. Dave Ruel used to compete in bodybuilding competitions and has written various muscle building and nutritional books. He definitely has a reputation for knowing what he is talking about nutrition wise. The other author, Karin Losier, loves cooking up new dishes and recipes. She also has a degree in Psychology, which she combines with Dave’s nutritional background and helps us overcome the mental challenges that diets and weight loss bring to the table. These two authors use their knowledge to bring you an amazing combination, Metabolic Cooking.


What Do You Get With Metabolic Cooking?


Well first of all Metabolic Cooking is broken into two parts. The first part gives you tons of information on nutrition and how to be able to stay on the routine of eating healthy, called Fat Loss Optimizer. I love this part because it just teaches you everything you need to know about being healthy. A lot of people don’t know anything about some of this stuff, which is why a ton of them fail to lose weight. Knowing what to do will keep you healthy and make you lose weight.


The second part of Metabolic Cooking gives you a list of tasty recipes that keep you healthy. This is probably the main part of the program because this is what they promised. People are usually worried that healthy foods cost a ton of money. While this is true in normal circumstances, these two save you money with the low cost of their meals. Don’t be worried about the time it takes to cook these either because none of the recipes will take more than a half hour to make.


Each of the recipes is thrown into a section where it would be the best of use: breakfast, meat, seafood, poultry, pork, vegetarian, smoothies, sides, and snacks. Each of these sections has a plethora of recipes, so you will never be stuck eating the same thing. A lot of people don’t think they can eat healthy because healthy recipes are really hard to cook and they feel like they need to be on the Cooking Channel to be able to cook them. The dishes they have in the book are so simple to make that you really don’t need any cooking experience whatsoever to make them.

If you are wondering how you will lose weight with the recipes in the book, it’s because they all include ingredients that have been tested and proven to help you boost your metabolism. Most of them include some kind of pepper, cinnamon, and are low in carbs and high in protein. These recipes are perfect for people that don’t have time to research healthy recipes on their own time. Most of the recipes use Stevia, which is a natural sweetener and is much healthier for people than sugar.


What Did You Like or Dislike About Metabolic Cooking?


Well, I can tell you for sure that my likes were far above my dislikes for this product. This product really teaches people how to lose weight while eating things they love. The recipes in the book are so diverse that you will find something in it that you and everyone else likes. This product doesn’t segregate against any type of person, vegetarian or meat lovers. It has great information on fat loss, calories, carbs, and any other nutritional guidelines. Metabolic Cooking will definitely help you save both money and time with their recipes. The best thing I liked about the product is the support. You can just shoot these guys an email and they will get back to you within one day.


The only thing I didn’t like about it was that it doesn’t say anything about fitness and exercise, which is a very important part of staying healthy, but that’s ok because they aren’t saying that there is a fitness section. You can use other fitness books, there are plenty out there, to help you with this part.


How Much Does Metabolic Cooking Cost?


Metabolic Cooking only costs $47 and I think that is very cheap compared to all the stuff you will be receiving with it. Why wouldn’t you want to be able to lose weight while eating amazing foods? I know I love it, so I highly recommend investing the money into the product.


I believe this product is the start of people becoming healthier. Now that know they know how to save time, money, and easy ways to become healthy I believe they will be more willing to make themselves healthier.
