Let’s start off with a question. What is self-esteem? For the crowd of people that don’t know self-esteem is the opinion of yourself. This opinion has to do with many things. Do you respect what you do? How do you see yourself? Do you think you are successful? Can you make your own decisions? All of these questions have to do with your self-esteem.

High self-esteem is good opinion of yourself. This is what you should aim for. High self-esteem will make you more confident, happy, motivated, and have a better attitude towards doing things. Self-esteem really affects your life whether you know it or not. It affects how you think and act. It also affects your potential to be successful. Having a high self-esteem will be great for your life.

Low self-esteem is a bad opinion about yourself. This is not what you want in your life. Low self-esteem will lead to negative thoughts, such as “I look bad today” or “This is too much work, I can’t do it”. This is especially bad for being successful in life. Low self-esteem also makes you start to believe others negative comments towards you, even if they are just joking or being sarcastic.

Keeping a high self-esteem is vital for your health. You will begin to feel better about yourself and just fell better overall!
