Strengths and Weaknesses

Take a moment and visualize your strengths. Ignore weaknesses. Think what you can do easier than anyone else. What do you have an almost unfair advantage at doing? Strengths, unlike talents, are not learned, or acquired through knowledge or education. They are, for the most part, inherited. You can develop new talents, but strengths, are pretty much based on genes.

You can find these strengths by looking at things that come naturally to you. In order to find what you should do with your life, you should have a basic knowledge of these key strengths.

Once you have determined these strengths, it is important to understand what they mean to you, and what they can be used for in everyday life. What kind of tasks can you accomplish with these strengths. What kind of tasks do you exhibit weakness in. You want to gravitate toward the strengths side, obviously.

Apply Your Strengths

If you get worked into a career that completely contradicts your strengths, and points out your weaknesses, you are going to hate your job. You are not going to look forward to working every day, and you will be miserable. It will also make your job a lot harder. You will be happiest having a job in a career that allows you to to exhibit these strengths, daily. This way you will actually move your career and business, or even job field forward.
